Janice Carmel Quesenberry Collier age 83 of Deland Oaks passed away after a long illness on Monday June 13 2011. A graveside service in her honor will be held on Friday June 17 2011; 1:00 PM at Deland Memorial Gardens. Janice was born in Indian Valley VA to Hosie and Pearlie Quesenberry. She dedicated her talents as the Property Manager for Deland Oaks for over 20 years. She was a strong independent caring sincere woman who prided herself on her professionalism. Her beloved husband of 25 years Joe Collier and a daughter Donna Egan preceded her in death and she leaves behind two children: Denis (Lil) Wimbish and Patricia Glass a brother: Kenneth D. Quesenberry. Five granddaughters: Denise and Tiffany Kidd Rachel Wimbish Ashley Glass and Stephanie Kuser and her Deland Oaks family and friends.
