Janet L. Farmer 57 of Ormond Beach passed away on January 20th 2010. Janet was born August 14th 1952 to Albert and Gladys Thompson in Pikeville Kentucky. She attended Mainland High School in Daytona Beach. Janet and Sam were married 40 years and had two children. Janet worked in child care and children were one of her greatest passions. Janet loved boating cooking traveling and to take cruises. She was a wonderful wife mother and friend. She will be greatly missed and always remembered in the hearts of those she touched. A Visitation will be held on Monday January 25th 2010 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond 733 W. Granada Blvd. from 2:00 pm- 4:00 pm. and 6:00 pm -8:00 pm. A celebration of life will begin at 7:00 p.m. Janet is preceded in death by her parents Albert and Gladys Thompson and Brother James Thompson.
