Jane Lucille Witter, of Holly Hill, Florida, found everlasting peace on Thursday September 7, 2023 surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 95.  She was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on June 2, 1928 to the late William and Ellen (Maiden Name, Bowers) Gardner.  Jane was also predeceased by her Husband, Paul Witter; her Son, Harry Witter;  her sister, Dorothy and her Daughter-in-law, Ani Witter.

She is survived by her Sons, William (Debra) Witter and Paul Witter; a Daughter, Suellen (Michael) Lepole;  her Daughter-in-law, Pamela Witter; a Brother, Dan Gardner; Four Grandchildren, Adam, Danielle, Michael and Rachael and Three Great-Grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday October 7, 2023 in the Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona, 1423 Bellevue Ave., Daytona Beach, FL 32114..  The Graveside Service will be private in Daytona Memorial Park, 1425 Bellevue Ave., Daytona Beach, FL 32114.

The Family would like to thank the caring and devoted staff at Halifax Health Hospice and to her special caregiver, Sharon, who nicknamed her "Jazzy Jane".

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to your favorite charity.

A line from one of her favorite songs that Jane joyfully sang was, "If birds fly over the rainbow, why, oh why, can't I?".

"Beloved Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, You are now Free to fly over the rainbow!"
