Jamie Evalyn Reynolds (nee: Brown) age 68 of Daytona Beach passed away on Monday January 10 2011. She will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday January 21 2011 at 11 a.m. in Daytona Beach at the First Presbyterian Church at 620 S. Grandview Ave.

Evalyn was born in Daytona Beach on May 11 1942 to the late Evan and Jamie Brown.

Having lived in Daytona Beach for most of her life Evalyn graduated from Seabreeze High School Class of 1960. She continued to stay in contact with many of her high school friends her entire life. She has been active in the First Presbyterian Church for many decades. For most of her working career Evalyn worked in the field of Accounting. She worked for Security First Federal Savings and Loan FIS Fiserv and SunTrust Bank. After her retirement she worked part-time as a bookkeeper for Carey Plumbing.

Evalyn belonged to several business organizations and received many professional honors but the people in her life whom she loved and cared for were far more important to her than any professional achievement.

She is survived by her son Evan Baldwin her sister and brother-in-law Linda and Matt Scott and her nephew Steve Tryon his wife Neysa and their daughter Emory.

The power of her friendship and love enabled her to forge relationships that were as strong as any familial ties. With this in mind she is also survived by her daughter Janine Reynolds Clements and grandchildren Michael and Tori Clements. She is also survived by her grandson Balazs Staudinger and his parents Monika and Balazs Staudinger. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Yvonne Paulhus and grandson Joshua McGrath.
