Taylor James Robert 75 passed away suddenly on Easter Sunday April 4 2010. James was born in Cleveland Ohio the son of Clarence and Dorothy Drumm Taylor. He was raised in Hinckley Ohio where he graduated from high school and was a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners - Local Union 1108 after four years of trade school. He then enlisted in the U. S. Marine Corp Reserve attaining the rank of Sergeant E-5. In November 1964 James married Gloria Pries in Hinckley Ohio. They moved in March 1974 to Virginia Beach VA until December 1980 where the settled their home in Pierson FL. James will be missed for his smile his dry sense of humor and the smooth and low key kind of guy he was. Left to cherish their memories of their lives together are his wife Gloria Taylor; daughters Kim Szkudlarek (husband Thad) of Bellevue FL and Troy Darwin (husband Bill) of Chesapeake VA; son Edward Taylor (wife Leesia) of Virginia Beach VA; four grandsons and one great grandson. James was preceded in death by his parents son James Taylor Jr. and his siblings.
