James R. Bailey, age 69, of DeLand went home to our Lord on Saturday, March 7, 2020. He attended Daytona State College and worked as a Mercedes Technician. After retiring, he enjoyed playing golf with friends and gardening. He attended Praise Chapel where he enjoyed worshiping and communing with fellow believers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert W. Bailey and Louella K. Bailey. He is survived by the love of his life, Donna D. Bailey, his daughters Carole J. Lewis, Stephanie L. Pullin, stepdaughters Tina R. Martin, Jamie M. Hester, stepson Seth A. Honeyman, 11 grandchildren, sister Linda Bailey, brother Roger Bailey, and numerous friends. A service for remembrance and celebration of life will be held at DeLand Memorial Garden, 600 E. Beresford Ave. DeLand, FL. 32724 on March 21, 2020 at 10:00am.
