James Douglas Halcomb 67 of Palm Coast passed away on Monday November 17 2008 at the Florida Hospital Flagler In Palm Coast. Born in Whitesburg Kentucky to James Halcomb and Effie Tyree. He and wife Sandra moved to Palm Coast nine years ago from Ponchatoula LA. He worked as a meat cutter. He was a member of the Tiffin Moose and Bloomville Lions both in Ohio. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years: Sandra. Son: Keith (Karen) Halcomb of New Riegel Ohio; Daughter: Tracy Halcomb of Palm Coast Fl.; Brother: Skip Halcomb of Tiffin Ohio; Sister: Joan Woodman of Tiffin Ohio; Two Grandsons: Tyler and Shane.
