James G. Farrar 88 of Cocoa Beach died June 16 2005 at Cape Canaveral Hospital in Cocoa Beach. Born in Paterson NJ Mr. Farrar was a lab technician and retired after 32 years of service. Mr. Farrar proudly served his country as a US Army veteran of WW II and a portion of the Korean War. Just prior to his death Mr. Farrar moved from Cocoa Beach from Port Orange and he would have celebrated his 65th wedding anniversary tomorrow June 27. He was a member of the Daytona Presbyterian Church for 20 years. His hobbies were chess reading and golf. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Elsa M.; a son Robert Gordon Farrar a State Farm Insurance Agent and his wife Debbie; 2 grandchildren Mauri Evans Neal of Washington NC and Mark Farrar Lisa of Chicago; and 1 great-grandson Bryce Robert Evans of Washington NC.
