James S. Dottolo (Jim), 51, of Palm Coast, Florida passed away May 9, 2016 after a brief but courageous battle with lung cancer. Jim leaves behind his devoted wife and life partner of 28 years Kellie Capp of Palm Coast, Florida and loving Son Christopher Dottolo of Syracuse, New York.

Jim was born on May 5, 1965 in Syracuse, New York where he lived until moving to the sunshine state just 3 years ago. Jim attended Cicero North Syracuse High School and worked in both the hospitality and security industries for most of his life. James is predeceased by his father Sebastian Dottolo and mother Viola Rice.

In life, Jim was an avid sports fan and loyal to his favorite teams the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Pirates. He loved watching WWE wrestling and listening to all genres of music but had a particularly soft spot for artists such as Dio, Metallica and KISS. Jim was fascinated by anything related to nature, he had a fantastic sense of humor and of course for those who knew him well; Jim loved drinking a cold beer, eating hot chicken wings and spending quality time with his family.

In addition to his wife and son Jim is also survived by his step mother Agatha Dottolo of Lakeland, Florida; 3 sisters Margie Pearl of Winterhaven, Florida; Christine Daley of Lakeland, Florida; Michele Brigandi of St. Petersburg, Florida and 1 brother John (Lynn) Desiato of Bridgeport, New York as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway in Palm Coast, Florida at 1PM on Saturday May 21st 2016.
