James Robert Discawicz, 80, of Port Orange, Florida, passed away on Friday November 12, 2021 at AdventHealth Hospital in Daytona Beach.  He was born on May 14, 1941 in Hadley, Massachusetts to the late John and Dorothy Discawicz.  James served his country proudly in the United States Navy and retired as an Automobile Mechanic.  He loved building models and his trains, as well as watching movies and listening to music on his tablet.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Barbara; three children, Michelle (Robert Tomlinson) Phillips, Mark (Judy) Discawicz and Michael Discawicz; brother, John (Joeclyne) Discawicz; sister, Joyce Discawicz; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held at 12:30pm on Thursday November 18, 2021 in Daytona Memorial Park, 1425 Bellevue Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114.
