Jack J. Schmole age 78 of Avalon Terrace in Sea Colony in Palm Coast passed away at his home Monday morning. Born in Dresden Germany and formerly of Dobbs Ferry in Westchester County New York he was a resident of this area since 1989. Jack was a pastry chef and was the former owner of Yonkers Pastry in New York. Jack was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. He is survived and will be sadly missed by his wife of over 49 years Emma and their son and daughter in law Peter and Deirdre of Santa Monica California.
