Jack Jay Matous 67 was born September 10 1935 in Dubuque Iowa. In 1986 he and his wife Irma moved to Ormond Beach Florida. He had served in the U.S. Army and enjoyed baseball and bowling.

Jack leaves behind his loving family including his wife of 41 years Irma a daughter Patti and her husband Jerry Tessendorf two sisters Jill Ann McCray of Moline Iowa and Jean Matous of Marion Iowa and two grandchildren Jeremy and Christy. His parents John and Marguerite preceded him in death.
