Obituary

Jack Escoe Jr. age 83 of Daytona Beach passed away on Tuesday February 16, 2021.

Jack was born in comer, GA on July 19, 1937.  In 1958 Jack moved to Florida to pursue his dreams.  He began as a humble waiter at Steak & Shake.  He went on to build several businesses including building docks, seawalls and marinas to his present successful marine business Surplus Unlimited.

Although Jack was very proud of his successful business, his greatest joy was his children and grandchildren.  He leaves behind three daughters, Cindy Perry, Karen Dillard (Jeff), Patty Mann (Greg), 8 grandchildren, John Perry (Abigail), Charlee Dillard, Maxwell Dillard, Haley Mann, Sierra Mann, Caleb Mann, Chloe Mann, Bella Mann, and one great grandson, Everett Perry. Jack also leaves behind his four siblings; Sammy Escoe (Glynda), Dot Manders (Harold), Larry Escoe, Janice Escoe and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Jackson Escoe, Omie Mae Escoe and his sister Shirley Morgan.

Services for Jack will be held on Friday February 19 th at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona, however, due to covid-19 restrictions,the services will be limited to family only.
