Ivan Reyes, a devoted husband, father, brother, son, friend and adventurer, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday, October 26, 2026, at the age of 49. Born on December 21, 1976, Ivan possessed a vibrant, joyful spirit. He dedicated his life to telling jokes, making people laugh, and bringing Jesus and a smile to everyone he met.

A family man through and through, Ivan’s greatest wish was always for his family to be together in peace and laughter. His absolute favorite holiday was Thanksgiving, where he could combine his gratitude to the Lord and deep love for his family with his love for a great meal.

Ivan lived a life rooted in his faith in Jesus and filled with fierce love for his wife and his three sons, Javid Isaiah, Ivan Eladio Jr., and Benjamin Alexander. He was happiest sharing his faith, being outdoors exploring nature, tracking Bigfoot, or cheering on his beloved New York Jets. A passionate sports fan, Ivan loved baseball and spent many years pouring his heart into the community as a Little League coach. He was also a huge wrestling fan and loved the excitement of a good match.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 11 AM at Lohman’s Funeral Home in Ormond Beach (Granada location). Following the service, the burial will take place at 1:30 PM at Craig-Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens, where Ivan will rest peacefully alongside his beloved son, Benjamin Alexander.
