Isabel "Liz" Santiago, 72, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away on August 28, 2023 from lung failure. She is predeceased by her parents Humberto and Isabel, brothers Jorge and Humberto, and niece Shalina LeBron. She leaves behind Connie, sister Lucy, nephews Eddie, Elliot, Juan and nieces Debra, Teresa and Elena.

Liz always treated her nieces and nephews as her own children because she did not have biological children. She was the most loving, caring and giving person. She worked for the New York Housing Authority for over 26 years then relocated to Florida. She spent countless hours volunteering at Flagler Hospital and Wadsworth Elementary school where she was loved and remembered.

Her viewing will be on held on Saturday, September 16th from 10:00-11:00 followed by a church service at 11:00 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton church in Palm Coast, Florida. Blooming Florist and Gifts is the florist the church uses. [(bloomingflowersandgifts@yahoo.com) (386-597-5257)].
