Obituary

Iris V. Warren 86 formerly of Daytona Beach Florida went to her heavenly reward on Thursday September 29 2011. A funeral service in her honor will be held on Tuesday October 4 2011 11:00 a.m. at Spruce Creek Presbyterian Church 1705 Taylor Road Port Orange FL with Rev. Jeff Birch officiating. The family will receive guests from 10:30 until the time of the service for a visitation at the church. Iris will be laid to rest beside her late husband of 61 years Homer L. Warren following the service at Daytona Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Warren was born in Winchendon Massachusetts to Arthur and Eva Seymour. She was a graduate of Murdock High School. Iris worked for Massachusetts Electric Light Office as a secretary and later for the school system in Port Orange and Wilmington DE. With the exception of fourteen years in Wilmington DE she lived in the Daytona area since 1966 and recently resided at the Spring Haven Retirement Community in Winter Haven.

She was a devoted wife mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening traveling baking and volunteering.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved children Kirk S. Warren Lakeland FL Jane D. (Bob) Ochterbeck Houston TX and Gail W. (Edwin) Mears Bear DE; sister Dolores Dayton Lodi CA; and 10 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Iris's honor to The Pregnancy Crisis Center of Daytona Beach at 416 North Ridgewood Avenue Daytona Beach FL.32114.Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona Beach.
