Irene Eleanor O'Neil was born on January 10 1925 to Julius and Irene Hoyer in St. Louis Missouri.

In the early1960's Irene and her husband Bob moved the family from St. Louis Missouri to beautiful Virginia. They enjoyed their life in Virginia until the early 1980's when Irene and Bob retired to Daytona Beach Florida.

Irene dedicated her life to her husband children and family. For leisure she enjoyed attending dog races bingo reading and eating out.

Irene said goodbye to her husband Robert Henry O'Neil in 1992 after 46 wonderful and dedicated years of marriage. Together they lovingly raised two boys: Kevin O'Neil and his wife Pat and Bob O'Neil and his wife Marilyn. One daughter: Patricia White and her husband John. Her legacy will live on through her grandchildren: Jenny John Jr. Cody Kelli and Susan. Her Great grandchildren: Taylor Quinn Carly and Allie.
