Funeral Services for Hugh Sigler 81 of New Smyrna Beach who passed away on April 13 2007 will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday April 19 2007 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church with Pastor Don Fuller officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday April 18 2007 at the church. He was born on February 13 1926 to the late Earl and Estella Sigler in Lewisburg Ohio. Hugh was a member of the U.S. Army honorably serving in Europe during WWII as a Tank Crewman. He worked in the construction business in Ohio until taking over as owner from his father. In 1960 Hugh came to New Smyrna Beach with his family where he became partner of Bailey-Sigler Incorporated. He retired in 2000 leaving his son Dean and grandson Charles to take over the family business. Hugh played various sports during his life yet in more recent years he enjoyed traveling and watching his children and grandchildren in their activities. Hugh leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 59 years Carolene; children Larry (Debby) Gail Roe (Terry) Dean (Sharon) Susan Linda Ann Gagne (Warren); grandchildren Charles (Susan) Keri Randall Robert Kimberly Kirby and Tessa; step-grandsons Tim David (Kim) and Bill foster grandson Sean and great grandchildren Ashton Ainsley Andrew Lauren and Shelbie.
