Obituary

Stanley W. Hubbard age 90 of Holly Hill formerly of New Hampshire passed away in his home surrounded by those he loved on Monday January 12 2010 just short of his 91st birthday. Stanly was born in Mechanic Falls Maine to Everett and Helen Hubbard. He was a proud US Navy veteran of WWII and dedicated his life to serving others. He spent many years was the "father like" supervisor in the mailing room of a manufacturing company and 26 years as a Deputy Sheriff for Grafton County New Hampshire. He came to the Holly Hill area after retirement and started a small lawn service company. He enjoyed the great outdoors; fishing boating snowmobiling hunting motorcycling traveling and even keeping a beautiful lawn and flower garden. He was a 55 year member of the Masonic Lodge 32* Lifetime member of the American Legion Lodge 120 dedicated father grandfather and great grandfather. Stanley was a hardworking loving gentleman who inspired many and will be missed by all. His beloved wife Barbara preceded him in death and he leaves a daughter; Patricia Fuss and her husband Russell 2 grandchildren; Alexandria and Gregory Faretra and 2 great grandchildren to cherish his memory. Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona Beach.
