Funeral services for Howard A. Snell 64 of New Smyrna Beach who died Wednesday February 23 2005 will be 3:00 PM Friday in the chapel of Lohman Ormond Funeral home. Friends may call from 3-5 Pm Thursday at the funeral home. Howard was born March 22 1940 in Miami where he lived until 1962. He served as a law enforcement officer for over forty years in Volusia County.
