Heron Dr. Howard C. Heron II
Dr. Howard Carroll Heron 61 of Ormond Beach passed away peacefully after a long and brave battle with amyloidosis on Saturday March 20 2010 at home. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday March 31 2010 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond 733 W. Granada Blvd at 7pm. The family will begin receiving guests at 6pm.Howard was born on June 26 1948 to Howard Sr. and Elizabeth Heron in Portsmouth Va. Howard spent part of his childhood in Japan while his father was a Naval Officer. He attended both Dartmouth and George Washington University and became a colon and rectal surgeon. Howard leaves behind his beloved wife Judy who will love him eternally son Andrew daughters Sarah and Kristin sisters Eileen Brock and Kathleen Parker many nieces nephews and friends. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in his honor to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org Friends may send condolences to www.lohmanfuneralhomes.com. Arrangements are under the careful supervision of Lohman Funeral Home in Ormond
