Howard H. Eberle Jr. age 68 and a resident of Palm Coast FL and Centerville Massachusetts passed away Wednesday January 3 2007 at Florida Hospital Flagler in Palm Coast. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday January 6 2007. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday January 5 2007 in the chapel of Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast.
Howard was born January 25 1938 in Teaneck N.J. to Howard H. Sr. and Helen E. (Hammond) Eberle. After serving his country in the US Air Force Howard received his Bachelor's Degree from Fairleigh Dickenson University. In the 1970's Howard was very active in his community of Rivers Edge N.J.; serving in the Police Reserve with the Fire Department and as Captain of the Ambulance Corps. Howard also enjoyed bowling and donating his time to Toys For Tots.
Howard's greatest joys came from his family that he leaves behind to cherish his memory; including his wife of 44 years H. Blair Eberle of Palm Coast; son & daughter-in-law Lt. Col. Brian & Ingrid Eberle of Dumfries VA; daughter & son-in-law Kerin & Scott Farrell of Davie FL; 5 grandsons Sean Andrew Ian Thomas & Kyler John Eberle and Jeremiah Edward & Zachariah Scott Farrell; sister Roberta Mangano of Clearwater FL and many nieces nephews and grand nieces & nephews.
