Howard T. Cerillo, 94 of New Smyrna Beach, Florida breathed his last on December 4, 2015. He was born in the Bronx, New York on June 21, 1921 the son of the late Anthony and Mary Gulden Cerillo.
Howard was a World War II Veteran, and at various times was employed by the US Post Office, the New York City Police Department, and the New York State, Department of Corrections, etc.
Howie, was one of the luckiest people, he needed and loved people, he always had a song in his heart, he loved sportsbaseball, football, tennis, swimming. etclet's not forget "dancing" Hollywood!. He is predeceased by his parents; a son Howard C. Cerillo Jr. brothers Charles W., and George E. Cerillo.
He is survived by his wife Erika of 46 years; brother's William R., John M., George H., nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be officiated by Pastor Jerry Barnard and Pastor Art Stevenato on Thursday Dec.10th, at 11:00 AM from the Horizon Church, 700 Reed Canal Road, South Daytona Beach, Florida 32119 with a gathering of family and friends from 10:00 AM till the time of the service. Burial with full military honors will be on Friday Dec. 11 at 12:30 at Florida National Cemetery Bushnell Florida. In lieu of flowers please consider the Horizen Church.
