Hollis F. Fritts, 88, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2014. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 12:30 P.M at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville FL 32218. Hollis was born in 1925 in Marion, Kentucky to the late John and Maude Fritts. Hollis served in the United States Army during WWII in the European theater and was decorated. He was a dedicated family man; a loving husband, father and brother. Hollis is preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Wynell; brothers, Herbert, Reed, Kenneth, and Edwin. Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Jeffrey Fritts of South Daytona and brother, David Fritts of Henderson, Kentucky.
