Henry O. Green Jr. 79 of Port Orange passed away on Thursday January 13 2011.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday January 29 2011 at 2pm at the Westminster By-The-Sea Presbyterian Church 3221 S. Peninsula Drive Daytona Beach Shores FL 32118.

Henry was born in Winters Texas on June 30 1931 to the late Henry O. Green Sr. and Mary I. Adams Green.

Following his high school graduation Mr. Green enlisted in the United States Air Force serving his country proudly for more than 20 years. He retired with the rank of Chief Warrant Officer.

After his career in the Air Force Mr. Green also worked for the Halifax Hospital as a Security Dispatcher.

Henry was a true man's mans who enjoyed the outdoors. He spent much of his time fishing hunting camping and traveling the world with his family. He and his wife Sally loved to take cruises and visit new and exciting places. Henry was devoted parishioner at Westminster By-The-Sea Presbyterian Church. Most of all Henry was a dedicated husband father grandfather great grandfather and friend.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 57 years Sally Grasse Green; son Kenneth Green; daughter Sandra Christian; grandchildren Heidi Corey; Tyler and Kayla Green great grandchild Ayden Garn; many extended family members; and a multitude of friends
