Henry M.
Duncan
Sep 16, 1926 — Apr 19, 2018
Palm Coast
Henry McFarlane Duncan was born in Kingston, Jamaica to Edgar and Jane Duncan. On April 19, 2018 he gently closed his eyes as his daughter affectionately cared for him.
He was the oldest of his siblings and at the time of his mother's passing at an early age took on the responsibility of raising his brothers and sisters. He earned the position of patriarch.
Henry married Delores and became father to five children. At an early age he became acquainted with the teachings of Jehovah God. Henry was diligent and unwavering in attendance at Christian meetings and delivering the message of hope for all mankind in the ministry.
Henry was a devoted husband and father who loved to travel with his family and always included others. Many of his nieces expressed how he was not only an uncle but a father to them. He loved his son-in-law Robert Cobb, who expressed unconditional love and caring to him especially in his final years.
He was preceded in death by his wife Delores, son Dennis (Handsome) and daughter, Eleanor (Charm). Survivors are his daughter Doreen "Flo" Cobb (Robert), his sons Danny Duncan (Leonie) and Andy Duncan (Jackie), beloved Granddaughter Candace, brothers Lloyd Duncan and Lewellyn Duncan (Jeanie), sisters Eileen Duncan (Claude) and Shirley Duncan. Many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many cherished friends.
Henry will always be loved and deeply missed but will always remain in our hearts.
