Henry Andrew Chipok 91 of Ormond Beach Florida passed away on September 8 2009. The family will be receiving friends on Friday September 11 2009 from 5pm to 7pm at Lohman Funeral Home 733 West Granada Blvd Ormond Beach. Funeral Services will be held at 10am on Saturday September 12 2009 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond. Mr. Chipok was born November 25 1917 in New York City to William and Tessie (Kvass) Chipok. Henry lived in Bergenfield New Jersey and retired to Palm Coast Florida in 1980 and moved to Ormond Beach in 2002. Henry served in the Army Air Corp during WWII and was a member of the American Legion. He was also a member of the Ukranian American Society of Daytona Beach where he was on the auditing committee. Henry leaves behind a loving family including his wife of 61 years Stella three sons Andrew of Brooklyn NY Robert of New York City and Paul (Rita) of Orlando Florida. He also leaves behind two grandchildren Angela (Josh) Melchiorri and Raymond Chipok two great-granddaughters Morgan and Stella all of Orlando Florida. Henry was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers Michael Thomas and Stephen. The family would like to thank his friends and neighbors for their love support and friendship in the communities in which he resided.
