Helen J. Many 89 of Daytona Beach Shores died March 27 2009. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday April 18th at 2:00pm at United Presbyterian Church 730 Beville Road Daytona Beach. Pastor Robert J. Anderson will be officiating. Helen was born on December 25 1919 to Earnest Jacque and Leah Rogers in Elmira NY. She worked as a Senior Trust Officer for Chemung Canal Trust Company in Elmira for 28 years before retiring. In 1991 she and her loving husband Charles to whom she was married 72 years moved to Daytona Beach. Helen was an avid sports fan who especially enjoyed following the careers of PGA golfer Joey Sindelar and NBA star Vince Carter. She was a loving wife mother grandmother and sister and will be dearly missed by all. Helen is survived by her husband Charles; son Edward (Jean) Many of Roswell GA; daughters Lois (Paul) Sangalli of Port Orange FL Janice (Gary) Bennett of Elmira NY; sisters Barbara Dove of Elmira NY Betty Cook of Horseheads NY; sister-in-law Betty Jacque of Horseheads NY; grandchildren Christopher and Kimberly Many Kristen Esch Alison Porcelli four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her brother Earnest Jacque. Contributions may be made to United Presbyterian Church at the above address.
