Helen M. DeSalvo 86 of Ormond Beach Florida (formerly of Ebensburg PA) awoke in the presence of the Lord November 13 2007. Born April 10 1921 the daughter of the late Francesco and Carmella (Embesi) Sartiano. Preceded in death by husband Ernest; brothers: Charles Albert Anthony and sisters: Josephine Ragno Mary Montegna and Yolanda Velma" Alessandro. Survived by brother Col. (Ret.) Joseph Sartiano and sister Lena Bongiovannil. Helen is survived by children: Dr. Joseph and wife Elaine (Hudak) Pennsylvania; Linda and husband Robert Mrosky Florida and Frank and wife Jan (Peters) Georgia. Grandchildren Robert A. Mrosky and wife Valorie (Balough) Erica and husband Matt Hudec Bethany and husband Dario Lozano and Corey DeSalvo. Great-grandchildren Robert P. and Jennifer L. Mrosky. Also blessed by numerous nieces and nephews. Retired from Cresson State School PA as a L.P.N. and continued to do private duty until the age of 75.
