Helaine Kathrine Ingham "Sam" 71 passed away Saturday February 13 2010 after a long illness. She was born on May 16 1938 in Elizabeth NJ and relocated to Daytona Beach in 1971. She began working at Parks Seafood the day it opened and was given the nickname "Sam" by her colleagues. She worked there for 20 years prior to retiring in 1996. Helaine's family and friends were her passion and the most important part of her life. She is remembered as being strong-willed and meticulous and always lived by the saying "my way or the highway". She made a tremendous impression on everyone she met made friends easily and will be greatly missed by all who had the opportunity to know her. Left to cherish her memory are son Raymond Shuta Roselle Park NJ Edward Shuta NJ loving son and daughter-in-law Howard Malcolm Ingham IV and Tammie South Daytona FL; devoted daughter Debbie Ingham Ormond Beach FL and daughter Kathy Faircloth and husband Jeff of Holly Hill FL. Her raspberry kisses will be missed by her grandchildren Selina Shuta Elizabeth NJ Elizabeth Coderre (her poohie) and her husband Pete of Edgewater FL Sara Dore and boyfriend Daniel Largen of Edgewater FL Travis Dore Ormond Beach FL Howard Malcolm Ingham V and Austin Ingham South Daytona FL Jennifer and Jeffrey Faircloth Holly Hill FL Amanda Steffy South Daytona FL; and precious great-grandchildren Danny Cruz Elizabeth NJ Conner Alderson Edgewater FL Daniel Largen Edgewater FL Paige and Bree Coderre (her pumpkins) Edgewater FL; sister Justina Specht Elizabeth NJ; brother William Mueller NC along with nine nieces and nephews in NJ and FL. She will be greatly missed by her many friends from Aberdeen NJ and Europe and will be remembered by them as Momma Daytona and her great friends Luc and Christine Verlysen and Joe Colella. She was predeceased by her loving husband Howard Malcolm Ingham III to who she was married 45 years. Services will be private. Donations can be made on behalf of her great-granddaughters Paige and Bree Coderre to Epilepsy Foundation of Central Florida.
