Funeral services for Hazel M. Poulin 98 of Port Orange who died on September 18 2006 will be held at 12 noon Thursday September 21 2006. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Mrs. Poulin was born June 13 1908 in Gill MA and came to Florida from New Hampshire in the mid-fifties. She is survived by her son Richard W. Poulin daughter Vicki P. Fink both of Port Orange 11 grandchildren 14 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years Leo G. Poulin her daughter Duann P. Greene and by a great-grandchild.
