Haydee "Heidi" Smith of Ormond Beach, FL passed away peacefully on January 2, 2015 at her home.
She was born on October 23, 1931 in El Progresso, Honduras. She attended the University of Alabama at Montevallo and earned an accounting degree from Sacred Heart Institute of Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
Haydee met her husband, an Elglish Architect, in her hometown. They planned to become Londoners; instead they became instant Floridians when they stopped in Miami. She traveled all over the world and her hobbies included ballroom dancing and water aerobics. She was also a member of the Sierra Club.

She will be greatly missed by her daughter, Jeanine Patterson, the mother of Dove and Christopher; John Victor Smith, son and wife Liza, the parents of Madelyne, Victor and Ian. Ronald H. Smith, son, and his wife Kim, parents of Brandon and Sterling. She is also survived by her sister, Olga.

Haydee "Heidi" was a Realtor in the area for may years. She was a parishioner at St. Brendan's Catholic Church, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a friend to many. A Mass of Resurrection will be said at St. Brendan's Catholic Church at a later date and the inurnment will be held in Honduras.
