Harold Goldfarb age 81 of Spruce Creek Fly IN passed away suddenly in his home on Tuesday May 27 2008. Services in his honor will be today May 29 2008 2:00 PM at the Daytona chapel of the Lohman Funeral Home followed by an interment at Lohman Daytona Memorial Park. Mr. Goldfard was born in Hartford CT and graduated for Hartford High School he was a WWII US Coast Guard Veteran and was one of 5 generations that dedicated his life to Goldfard's Seafood Market in Hartford. Harold volunteered much of his time to the mentally disabled in honor of his brother was a proud member of the VFW post 3282 and founder organizer and chairman of Goldferb Golf Traveling Group. He enjoyed crossword puzzles good conversations and his felines. Harold was preceded in death by his two sons: Bruce and Victor Goldfarb. He leaves behind to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 47 years "Bunny" Goldfarb his children by marriage Mark (Joan) Kostin of Cheshire CT and Jan (Larry) Brown West Palm Beach FL 3 grandchildren Jeremy (Candace) Brown Shannon and Susan Kostin the apple of his eye his great grandson Nicholas Tyler Brown; his nurse "the angel" JoAnn Parris his Feline companions; Louie and Tony a sister Barbara Flynn a lots of nieces nephews and friends.
