Grigory Tartakovsky 57 of Palm Coast passed away in Orlando on Monday August 10 2009. A visitation will be held at the funeral home at 11:30 AM today followed by a funeral service at 1 PM. Born in Russia on August 13 1951 to Michael and Larisa Tartakovsky he moved to the United States in 1989. He was a professional musician who played the accordion Russian style. He was an avid sports fan especially soccer with Manchester United as his favorite team. He and his wife of 27 years Mila and daughter Margarita moved to Palm Coast from New York City fifteen years ago. He is also survived by his sister Nina and his mother Larisa both of the Ukraine.
