Glorious was born to the late Jennings and Ruby Davis on May 16, 1927 in Roanoke, VA. Murphy, as she is lovingly known, grew up and raised her children in Virginia before meeting her beloved husband Col. Ervan Kuhnke. They relocated to the Daytona Beach area 15 years ago and right away she made many friends. She was always a friend to many, especially the neighborhood children. She loved writing letters to her many friends and above all else she was an enthusiastic Republican.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Col. Ervan Kuhnke, her daughters, Sharon Evans of Minneapolis, MN, Debby Myers (Leo) of Richmond, VA and Theresa DeRosa (Joe) of Port Orange, FL, and her son Thomas Evans. She is also survived by her grandchildren Megan Myers, Noel Myers and Christina Myers and her great-granddaughter Joanna as well as her Step-Mother Nancy Davis.
