Gloria M. Samuels 88 of Palm Coast passed away February 10 2010 at Grand Oaks Health and Rehabilitation Center with her family at her side. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday February 18th at 11:00 am with a prior visitation from 10-11am at Palm Coast Seventh Day Adventist (5650 Belle Terre Parkway Palm Coast) with Pastor Robert Hayes officiating. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park with a reception at Daytona Funeral Home. Her family will receive friends on Wednesday February 17th from 5-7pm in the chapel of Lohman Funeral Home Ormond. Gloria was born on June 5 1921 in Kingston Jamaica where she was a cook and restaurant owner and previously lived in Brooklyn NY. Gloria is survived by son Howard Cousley daughters Veronica Cunningham Shirley Cunningham (Perual) Annette Owen (Terrence) and Michele Gordon (Ishmael) 16 Grandchildren 14 Great-grandchildren 1 Great-great grandchild and a host of friends.
