Gloria Mae Angello , age 90, of Ormond Beach, Florida passed away peacefully on January 28, 2022. Gloria was a devoted wife, mother, friend, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Before retiring to Ormond Beach, Gloria worked for Montgomery Wards in LaSalle, Illinois. She spent her early years raising her family in Oglesby, Illinois. In her life she loved singing and performing with the "Sweet Adelines," square dancing with her husband Joe, and traveling.
Gloria was a hard worker, strong determined woman, and devoted Catholic. As she neared the end of her life she enjoyed listening to audiobooks and walking daily.

She is survived by her loving son-in-law Larry Dyer; grandchildren Jason (Doree) Angello, Angela (Jeff) Hill Adam(Kari) Dyer, Josh (Harmony) Angello,, and Brooke (Michael) Hermann; and great grandchildren Natalie Hermann, Nicole Hermann, Isabella Angello, Makayla Angello, Dezra Angello, Dominic Angello, Caleb Dyer and Paisley Dyer.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ivan Nielson and Marguerite Maher; husband Peligrino Joseph Angello; children Carl Angello and Donna Dyer.

A private Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. She will reside at Volusia Memorial Cemetery.
