Obituary

Glenda Gullett Wolfe 67 was welcomed by the Lord into his House on Sept. 3 2010. Glenda was an incredibly friendly person who was always quick with a smile and a helping hand for all. She was born to Patricia and Ewin Gullett on February 13 1943 in Nashville Tenn. later moving to Daytona Beach as a teenager. She graduated from Seabreeze High School (class of '62) and later attended David Lipscomb College in Nashville.
Glenda was a deeply loving and caring person who spent much of her adult life tending to the needs of others. After tenures at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and in various medical fields she transitioned into the healthcare field as a CNA and caregiver. She specialized in the care of Alzheimer's patients and she truly possessed a special gift in the way she cared for them.
Glenda's other passions were her love of God family friends and her beloved terrier Rocky. She was a true disciple of the Lord and a devoted servant. In addition Glenda's greatest pleasure was spending time with her grandchildren. She loved making them laugh and attending their many activities. They were the light of her life.
She is survived by her son Daryl Wolfe daughter-in-law Suzie Rosier Wolfe grandchildren Connor and Caroline Wolfe her nieces Aileen Kelleman Band and Audrey A. Beerepoot and their mother Audrey E. Dando. Service arrangements are as follows: Open visitation from 5-7 p.m. Monday Sept. 6 at Baggett & Summers Funeral Home with a service for Glenda's family and close friends to be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday Sept. 7 at Baggett & Summers Funeral Home. The services are under the careful direction of Baggett & Summers Chapel of the Lohman Funeral Homes.
