Funeral service for Mr Gleason Ellice 91 will be held on Thursday 3/26 at 10 am in Westminster-by-the Sea Presbyterian Church. His family will receive friends from 915 till time of service. Mr Ellice passed away on Tuesday morning at the Hospice Care Center in Port Orange. He was an Army vet of WW II and was a member of the American Disabled Vets #84 in Holly Hill. Gleason was a long-time Numismatist and a member of the Greater Daytona Coin Club. He was also a 50 year member of the Society of American Magicians and the Daytona Beach Knights of Magic Assembly #158. Gleason was preceded in death by his wife Winnifred and his second wife Shirley and is survived by 3 children; sons Rennie of SC and H.Wayne of Ill. and his daughter Denise Bartlett of Lancaster Mass.. Also surviving are 2 step sons Joseph and John DePrato both of Maryland 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Interment will be in Acton Mass.
