Germelina Anne (Abad) Harney beloved daughter sister and wife passed away on November 26 2012. Born May 18 1957 in Manila Philippines Lina lived most of her life in Florida and enjoyed collecting dolls & authentic Hawaiian dance. Survivors include: Husband Thomas Harney of South Daytona parents Gregorio and Gloria Abad of Port Orange; six siblings including Guia Miller of Seattle WA Grace Pedersen of Port Orange Gregorio Abad Jr. of Dublin GA Gigi Aloi of Winston-Salem NC Glenn Abad of Evansville IN and Gretel Abad of Ormond Beach; as well as a number of in-laws nieces and nephews. The Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday December 1 2012 at 12 noon at Epiphany Catholic Church in Port Orange with burial to follow. The church will be hosting a reception in her honor following all services. There will be a small gathering on Friday November 30th from 5-6pm at the funeral home.
