She is survived by her best friends Janice, Sandy, and Barbara, who shared with her numerous memorable experiences. Together, they enjoyed day trips on the bus, embarking on excursions to local and out-of-state destinations filled with shows, shopping, dining, sightseeing, and much more. Geraldine's affection extended beyond human companions to include the neighborhood cats, Missy and Toby, who visited her daily and brought joy to her life.

She was predeceased by her parents, George and Margaret Sabol, whose legacy continued through her.

A Prayer Service honoring Geraldine’s life will be held on June 23, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona, located at 1423 Bellevue Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114. Following the service, Geraldine will be laid to rest at Daytona Memorial Park, 1425 Bellevue Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, with burial commencing at 3:30 PM.
