Geraldine (Gerry) Egan, born in Boonville, Indiana, August 2, 1937, journeyed into the arms of Jesus on Wed., April 28, 2015, after a long illness.

She is survived by her husband William (Bill) Egan, her three children, Robert Egan (Beverly); Steven Egan (Gail) and Sandra Jarvis; six grandchildren (Amanda Woods, Michelle Johnson, Andy Egan, Alex Egan, Erika Hague and Monika Greenslade), 9 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces and 1 nephew.

Bill and Gerry moved to the Daytona Beach area from Detroit, MI in 1969. Gerry served for many years on the NALC Ladies' Auxiliary where she earned "Woman of the Year" status many times over. She was a beloved wife to Bill for 62 years, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed playing bunco, bowling, camping, sewing, gardening, reading and crocheting.

Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona. Viewing will begin at 10 am, with services at 11 am on Mon., May 4, 2015. Followed by Interment at Daytona Memorial Park.
