George Shamp 69 of Port Orange formally of Titusville passed away on March 3 2010. George was born on May 20 1940 in East Liverpool Ohio. He is a US Navy Veteran. He moved to this area in 2002 from Ohio. George was on the board of directors of Brevard County Senior Center in Titusville. He enjoyed radio controlled planes boating golf and especially teaching and shooting pool. Survivors include his wife of 34 years Margaret of Port Orange his parents Norma & Joan Shamp of Port Charlotte Florida. His Son Jeff Schamp Akron Ohio two daughters Kim Cremens of Salineville Ohio Kristen Schamp of Port Orange. Three brothers Archie of Titusville Joe of Tampa and Danny of Ft. Myers Florida. His sister Patty Stipe of Portage Lakes Ohio. Also two grandchildren K.J. and Caleb.Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange.
