A memorial mass for George F. Schuster age 79 a resident of Bear Creek Ormond Beach Florida who died Saturday June 28 2003 will be held at 2 pm on Thursday July 3 2003 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

He was a US marine Corps Purple Heart veteran of World War II and an Iwo Jima survivor.

George was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church the University of Cincinnati Alumni Association the Canton McKinley Football Hall of Fame and the VFW.

He was preceded in death by his oldest daughter Mary Jo Dill of Columbus Ohio.

Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years Josephine Schuster; a son and daughter-in-law John and Cathy Schuster of Charlotte North Carolina; a daughter and son-in-law Carol and Keith Bussey of Beavercreek Ohio; a dauughter Ruth Schuster of Naples Florida; a son-in-law James E. Dill of Sabina Ohio; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.

The family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler 3800 Woodbriar Trail Port Orange FL 32129 in his remembrance.

Inurnment will take place at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell Florida at a later date.
