George S. Schulz 80 Daytona Beach went to be with his beloved wife Barbara on Sunday May 29th 2011. The family will receive guests for a memorial gathering on Saturday June 18th 2011 at Cardwell Funeral Home a ""Celebration of Life"" will begin at 12pm the family will recieve guests one hour prior. Chaplin Laura Berg of Vitas Hospice officiating. Following the service a reception will be held at the Funeral Home. George was born on September 17th 1930 to the late Agnes (Fowler) and Joseph Schulz in Washington DC. Following High School George enlisted in The United States Coast Guard. George retired after many years working as a master electrician. He loved spending time with family and friends; he was a devoted husband father and friend. George was a proud member of the Moose Lodge American Legion and the Eagles Club. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving sons Michael S. Schulz (wife: Elizabeth) Kendall E Schulz (wife: Sandra) Craig E Schulz (wife: Terry); and his daughter Pamela J Schulz (husband: Douglas Ente) ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
