George Mark Glaser, 77 years old of Ormond Beach Florida, Manchester, CT, South Lyon, Michigan, passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021 @ Adventhealth Hospital in Daytona Beach. He passed holding hands with Mick Glaser (son) and Sandy Glaser (wife).

He was born March 29, 1944 in Gardiner, Maine to Simon & Minnie (Halperhin) Glaser. George and Sandy have been residents of Ormond Beach, relocating from, Okemos, MI, South Lyon, MI and Manchester, CT.

He graduated with a Bachelor's in Mathematics from the University of Maine. He went on to a successful career as a computer specialist with United Technologies Corporation.

Among his interest were spending as much time with his grandchildren as possible. He loved going to sporting events with family and friends especially the Michigan State Spartans, Red Sox & the Tigers.  He was a member of Tau Epsilon Phi then Delta Chi,  like his two sons, Mick Glaser and Josh Glaser nephew, Mark Norton. He loved tailgating with his family and friends for many years. He loved traveling to Cape Cod and other places with his wife Sandy Glaser. He had many "Nicknames" his favorites being "Big G, Big Papa, & the Big Kahuna.

Survivors include wife of just shy of 50 years, Alessandra (Sandy) Glaser of Coventry, Conneticut, his two sons, Mick Glaser & Josh Glaser, He loved his four grandkids so much, Hailey Glaser (15), Spenser Glaser (12), Carley Glaser (9), Josie Glaser (4). His sister Elinor Norton, was dear to his heart. He specifically requested no funeral or services.
