Gary L. Grubbs 59 of Port Orange Florida went home to be with our Lord on June 15 2012. A celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday June 26 2012 at 7:00 P.M at Cardwell Funeral Home 3571 S. Ridgewood Ave Port Orange FL 32129. Gary's family will receive guests one hour prior to the service. Gary was born on August 14 1952 in Sarasota Florida. Gary was well known for his expertise in boat building automobile and marine mechanics of any kind. Gary's big heart and generosity reached out to his family friends and all who knew him. He will be remembered by his two children; Robert Grubbs and Melanie (Chris) Tomlinson both of Port Orange. Grandchildren; Christopher and Marlie Tomlinson. Mother; Freda Grubbs of Port Orange. Brother; Captain Tad (Susan) Grubbs of Marathon Florida. Sister; Gwen McDowell of Port Orange. Nephew; Captain David (Lisa) Grubbs of Port Orange children; Taylor and Allyson nephew: Jason McDowell of Port Orange. Niece; Erin Martin of Mississippi children; Sydney and Millie.
