Fresnel Geffrard age 56 passed away on Wednesday April 25 2007 at Florida Hospital Flagler in Palm Coast FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. on Friday May 4 2007. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday May 3 2007 in the chapel of Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast. Interment will follow the Mass at Daytona Memorial Park in Daytona Beach. Fresnel was born June 6 1950 in Port-Au-Prince Haiti to Vilarson & Odette (Regeste) Geffrard. He later came to U.S. settling in Stamford CT. On June 26 1980 Fresnel and his love Marie were married. Their family grew to include four daughters and later three grandchildren. Fresnel and Marie moved to Palm Coast in 2006 from Stamford. Fresnel loved music helping people and sports. His greatest joy came from his family who will miss him dearly. Left to cherish their memories of Fresnel are his beloved wife of 26 years Marie; daughters Medjine Kulesa of Newington CT Medjane Gomes of Bridgeport CT Cassandre Geffrard of Bridgeport CT and Danisha Geffrard of Palm Coast FL; sons-in-law Michael Kulesa and Austin Gomes Sr.; grandchildren Nadisha Gomes Asaura Gomes & Austin Gomes Jr. and a sister Antonine Beaujour of Boston Mass.
