Fred Zauner 83 of Ormond Beach died Monday March 21 2005 at Avante Nursing Home in Ormond Beach. Mr. Zauner was born in Valley Stream Long Island NY and moved to this area 23 years ago from New York. Mr. Zauner worked in sales and repair for air conditioning and refrigeration. He proudly served his country during WW II in the Navy. He is survived by his wife of 58 years Ruth; 3 sons Frederick C. of Glackshear GA; William of Ronkonama NY and Donald of Long Island; 3 daughters Georgiana Poulous of Jacksonville; Anne Conolly of Columbus NC and Margaret Berkle of Lauderdale Lakes; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Arrangements are under the careful direction of the Lohman Daytona Funeral Home.
