Fred E. Kolar 47 of Daytona Beach died Monday August 10 after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer. He was born February 20, 1968 in Daytona Beach to Fred L. and Lillian Kolar. He attended Spruce Creek High and was employed by Gary's Lawn Service for eight years.

Fred is survived by his parents; his children, Damion and Brittany Kolar; a sister, Beth Kolar; one uncle, Ray Kolar; two nieces; and numerous friends, including Gary and Vic Cormier and Roy Hodgins.

Funeral Services will be held Friday August 14 at 11 a.m at Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange, 1201 Dunlawton Ave., with a gathering of family and friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
